the speed of light in water

V_w = 300,000*5.187/7.125 = 218,400 Km/s

Note that the known for V_w is about 225,000 Km/s, three quarters of V_a.
Their result differs only 2% from the known value.
The idea of utilizing an aquarium seems very good.
